    Great location, comfortable room, but could be better

    We stayed in a first floor room, overlooking the canal. Room was comfortable if basic, with very limited practical storage beyond a hanging wardrobe. No drawers and no fridge. The soundproofing was superb. AC is so important in a room in a noisy location, sadly, it was useless in this case. We had breakfast on both mornings. It was the usual buffet style, but the buffet area was really badly designed and impractically set up. It was chaotic. Would we go back? No, there are far better options for the rates charged.

    The service from staff was all around lovely. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. We did breakfast and dinner multiple times within the hotel during our stay in Dublin. Our dinner time waiter & server “Frank” was pleasant and made good suggestions for things to tour on the visit. Comfortable beds in the evening were appreciated along with the hotel providing a pack n play style crib for our toddler. I’d come back and stay here again!
