Expensive, basic, small beds, no internet connected TV, not 4 star

    rating21 May 2026

Ridiculously expensive for not great facilities, everything costs extra - flexible check in/out, PARKING!!! That is the worst, a hotel charging guests for parking, what a rip off. Rooms were a good size and clean, beds were small so didn’t sleep well. You couldn’t connect the TV to the internet so couldn’t stream anything, teenage kids not impressed! Rooms don’t have AC either. Breakfast ok but not worth more than about £15 max so wouldn’t bother if you have to pay more than that when booking. Wouldn’t have minded any of it if was about £150 a night but at £250 it’s just not worth it.

    Nice but very busy hotel

    rating21 May 2026

We were on the 1st floor but had to go up or down steps with our suitcases after getting off the elevator. The room was very nice. This is a very busy and bustling hotel. Be sure to get on the waitlist list for dinner at the Italian restaurant.

Staff fight in front of customers, zero professionalism

    rating17 May 2026

The situation with the gym is strange’ you have to get your right to use it at the front desk, I had to wait a line of customers at the front desk ONLY to activate my key to be able to use the gym. Not nice…. The gym ended up being small and ran downBar:-bar tenders- Yesterday the 17th around 8:00pm the bar tender with red hair was screaming and using vulgar words towards the cashier. Many people sitting and enjoying a drink had to listen to that. Super unprofessional and a bit vulgar, The thing I love about this hotel is the self checkin’ and the location Other than that isn’t really special at all

    Lovely hotel

    rating15 May 2026

I stayed at this hotel before my flight back home. Check in was quick and easy, the staff were friendly. The reception/bar area looks very luxurious and modern. My room was on the top floor and there was a glass lift that had views of the surrounding area. The room was large and modern, with a very big comfortable bed. There were tea, coffee and biscuits. There was also a small fridge with bottles of water in it. The bathroom had a bath and overhead shower. The transfer bus was free and I didn’t need to wait long for my transfer to the airport. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a lovely hotel.
