    From arriving to departure. My stay at harding hotel ( dublin ) truely amazing. Brilliant customer service by reception staff. Bar staff and breakfast staff in morning fantastic .a massive thank too tony at reception fantastic helped me with booking the bus back to airport .thanks tony .breakfast was amazing.     A fantastic 2 night stay. Arrived at 11am to drop our bags and our room was ready! Room spacious and welcoming. Ate in the bistro in the evening before joining the live music in bar. Highlights were the high quality food, entertainment, location of the hotel and super helpful staff. Will recommend to friends and family.     We have just returned from a 2 night stay at The Harding Hotel. We went to a Concert at the 3 Arena during our visit, which is very impressive. We have stayed at the Harding Hotel many times & thought it's about time we wrote a review....When visiting Dublin, I would not stay anywhere else, the Hotel is close to everything. The Staff are Amazing, nothing is too much trouble & try to help anyway they can. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Bar & the Restaurant is also very good with lovely food & drink, the staff are also very good. I have nothing bad to say, just keep doing what your doing...we look forward to another visit & thank you for everything.     Johnny and Tommy made us feel welcome the moment we stepped through the door to check in! Humorous and efficient they set the tone for our four-night stay (three before going on a tour of the South-west, and a final night in Dublin on our return). It felt like staying with friends. Great dining - the portions from breakfast to dinner were H U GE - so generous! Extensively stocked bar, live music, comfortable rooms, terrific location - everything you need to enjoy Dublin to the max!     A Dump.

    An absolute dump!Noisy, no hot water, and a bad smell in the room. Staff really unhelpful.I had asked for a quiet room which was over the smoking area so much loud fun was had by all but me!Never again. Jonathan Hynes, General Manager at Harding Hotel, responded to this review Dear Scenic476889 Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Harding Hotel.We were extremely disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your stay in the Harding Hotel.As per our conversation on Saturday, I would like to reiterate that we would have loved to have had the opportunity to fix any issues you may have experienced but as you did not report them during your stay we were unable to do so.With regards to noise – you were booked into a single room – and were given our quietest single room at the rear of the building on the 5th floor. We do have a beer garden which is closed at 11pm at the very latest to prevent any noise disruption to our guests.It must be noted that we did not have any issue with hot water in the room you were in prior to your stay or since your stay and when I checked the water the next morning it was hot. It should also be noted that we have not had any report of any smells in this room and again when checked the next morning there was no smell.The Harding has a 24-hour reception and if called upon the staff will always try their best to resolve any issues or provide suitable resolutions. Our staff would have done everything we could to help you were we made aware of the issues you experienced. We did have some empty double rooms available that night and we could have offered you one of these. We had no other complaints of noise, smell or lack of hot water from any other guest that night.When you left a note on checkout, I called as soon as possible and tried to discuss the situation. I explained that we could have resolved the issues were we made aware of them, but you took great offence to this. I made the decision after this phone call to refund you in full for your stay which was processed straight away and the person who booked and paid for the room was informed and asked to inform you.It is unfortunate that you refer to the hotel as a “dump”, we pride ourselves on our 4.3/5 rating on TripAdvisor and our many repeat guests who come back for many reasons including the location, the comfort but main one being the friendliness and the helpfulness of our staff.Again, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay in the Harding Hotel Kind RegardsAine Hickey Duty Manager
