Location

The hotel is located in Northwood Park, Santry, just 15 minutes from the city centre. It is conveniently located minutes away from GAA ground Croke Park and within easy reach of the Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery, Trinity College and the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). Public transport is a 2-minute walk from the hotel and Dublin Airport is approximately 3 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 114 rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park.     A wonderful hotel. The service from all the staff was exceptional. Food excellent and reasonably priced as was the drinks selection. Parking on site very reasonably priced. Room comfortable and well appointed and hotel modern and well maintained.

    Shuttle service to to the airport

    Very simple review, this review is related to the shuttle bus service to and from the airport from the hotel. An older gentleman who regularly is the driver is one of the rudest men I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with him twice now so I know he wasn’t just having a bad day. You need to change jobs sir.

    The parking is amazing for long trips the hotel is breath taking. Major complaints to the IHG group as they take such good care of us everytime. Special regards to Aga and the rest of the staff they always go above and beyond. Meetings are so professional here Carol from upstairs always knows how to pick up on your needs and wants from a simple phone call.

    Hotel closed. Crowne plaza is supposed to take your reservation

    This hotel is closed but no one told me. I found out accidentally by calling the number listed to ask a question and the Crowne Plaza answered . Supposedly all of the reservations from HI Express will be honored by them .     I would be very careful booking to stay with this Hotel as we had booked and paid back in January 23 only for our travel agent to be emailed right before we were due to fly out of NZ in May 23 that they could no longer honor our booking and would refund our money. Absolutely no explanation as to why, we were then left to scramble around to find alternative accommodation.
