    Had a lovely stay in a lovely city from 27th March to 30th March. The hotel is in a great location with great access to all the Dublin craic. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but I want to mention one in particular. Swetan, the doorman, has a smile on his face all the time he is on duty. He is very helpful, polite and friendly. He is a credit to IHG. He made us smile every time we passed him.

    Loved the professionalism of the staff! EVERYONE was very friendly and helpful. Swetan especially was a great part of our experience. He was always smiling - said good morning every time he saw us. All our family mentioned him by name. Great location, great value, clean rooms, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

    For a comfortable quiet city central hotel ,you won't ho much better for the money.lovely comfortable bed,great shower an ideal base for a short break. Breakfast was good .shame no Irish white or black pudding on menu my only slight gripe
