Location

This comfortable city hotel is located at the heart of Dublin within a short distance of shops, theatres, galleries and many of the city's top sights. The hotel enjoys excellent links to the city's infrastructurewith the nearest bus stop lying just 200 m away and Connolly train station approximately 1 km from the hotel. It is some 10 km to Dublin airport.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1817. The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 289 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     Great location to explore Dublin, a wonderful breakfast to start the day and helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the chilled vibe of the hotel bar after a day of sight seeing.

    Myself and a friend stayed in this hotel the last five days. It was beyond exceptional in every way. The staff were sensational and could not do enough to help you, The rooms were immaculate and well stocked with toiletries and complementary tea and coffee as well as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The food was very good and well presented with catering for every nationality. I must mention CELLO who ran the breakfast restaurant and also worked in the main bar .Cello is an extremely experience ,happy chappie . The restaurant ran like clockwork considering there were always about 900 covers each morning .His staff helped each other when needed and Cello himself had no problem taking off his his jacket and helping clear tables to help his staff, what a wonderful manager. We were so impressed we asked to speak to the manager on the last day to not only praise Cello but the staff and hotel in general .This hotel is somewhere where you are made to feel more then welcome and all the staff right down to the chambermaids are all happy in their jobs .A special message for the manager of the hotel. YOU ARE DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB.WELL DONE.I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Dublin in the futureMandy Hart

    The hotel is nice. Specifically the hotel clerks, Irene and Victoria, made the stay better.Parking is 30 euro per day and entered through an alley behind the hotel. The included breakfast is good.The location on O'Connell street has easy access to transport and the hop-on hop-off buses and fairly short walking distance to other city center attractions in Dublin.

    Luxurious hotel in the heart of Dublin. The LUAS tram is right in front of the hotel making getting around Dublin very easy. The AirPort Express stops right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Staff are very professional and make you feel like a VIP during your stay. Specially Suray Tahacul the duty manager who helped us with a Room heating issue. He was very professional and very friendly and helped us make our stay perfect. Thanks a lot!
