    Comfortable bed - disappointing shower room

    Very high ceilings. Bed really comfortable. Bar & Restaurant was not open (it was a Momday around 9pm) Found this a little odd as its advertised as open until 12pm!Actual room was big. Bathroom/shower room was tiny - our dinner table for 2 in town was bigger than our shower tray!!!If your a larger person you would need to change rooms. We could literally stand in the middle and touch both walls...very disappointed 😞 Hotel just needs a freshen up...although not sure they could do anything with the miniature shower room.

    Where to start... we got married on Friday Dec 5th in Dublin Registry Office and had a reception dinner in House afterwards for 28 people. The place is absolutely magical!! It far exceeded our expectations and made our day so incredibly special. The staff are second to none, they made all our guests feel so welcome and comfortable, they couldn't do enough for us. The food was fantastic, all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the dinner. The area we had was perfect, with a little area to the side for photos where the lighting was stunning!! Our photos turned out amazing! The décor and aesthetics in House are beautiful, the lights, greenery, soft furnishings, made for an enchanting setting. We had a VIP area reserved in the nightclub where we were honestly treated like royalty!For anyone considering a Dublin City wedding (or any kind of party really) put House at the top of your list, you will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you so so so much to all the team at House for making our day one we will never forget!!

    Very Noisy Spot

    Really only suitable if you are up out aIn a late night. The bar/club downstairs is very popular, busy and noisy and we did have a couple of late drinks but stuggled to get a seat (they should consider a resident section). Bouncers to greet you when you arrive (entrance is shared) so no 'welcome to hotel', more like 'you're lucky to be getting in'. The decor is nice, bed big which was very comfortable. Water and coffee in room, toiletries, good shower. Towels could be better/bigger for price range. Noisy obv as you can hear bar/bass even on top floors. We were up and out early so no food experience.

    Went for lunch & was unimpressed with the food. Chicken was so over that it was grey in colour and could barely be chewed. I was then asked, awkwardly, "how much of a tip" I'd like to leave....I didn't realise I was obliged to do so.... and the minimum available was 15%... adding a hefty amount to the bill which (for the quality) was already overpriced.

    We attended the nightclub and found the bouncers to be at best unpleasant. When we arrived first at 9.30pm they said the bar wouldn't be open until 10pm!but they let others in. We went elsewhere for drinks and returned.Once again they were very picky and judgemental on who they were allowing in but they allowed us all in. Get over yourselves please.
