    Great location for Dublin City sightseeing. Overall this hotel is a little weary.. needs attention in areas.

    Exceptional hotel. Genuinely welcoming, warm, friendly and competent staff - especially Ciaran who kindly upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite. Accommodation was luxurious, spacious and above all comfortable, with Byredo toiletries in the bathroom. We enjoyed lunch and drinks in the Lobby Lounge. Varied options at breakfast, however a little disappointing that, although GF toast was provided on request, there was no offer of GF scones, pancakes, pastries etc. We absolutely loved this hotel and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

    Wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Dublin! We had a terrific stay with family and friends at the InterContinental, and found the staff accommodating, professional, helpful and very friendly. We will be happy to return in the future.The breakfast was really spectacular, with eggs to order, coffees as we liked them, and very attentive service from the following people:Eric, Alexandra, Jackie, Vanessa, Kauan, Pavel, Karina, Annette, Josephine and Lucy. We even got to meet the general manager, Nicky who made us feel welcome.
