    Great service from the staff serving food at the bar especialy Eva. Friendly, professional, and always welcoming after a long work day. Food was very good and served quickly.     Room was lovely , however a bit cold the heating wasn’t working . Location of the hotel was great . The atmosphere however was not good at all, no warm welcome , the staff didn’t know how to say hello, good morning etc.. The bar staff was lovely , however the bar manager was the most ignorant person I have came across in my life which was very disappointing to my family and I as we were celebrating a very important occasion for my daughter and my nephew who had made there confirmation . He came across as very discriminating.This hotel is not a child friendly hotel . Personally ruined our trip away and we are very disappointed. Will never return . Overall it was a horrible experience

    Stay here weekly for work. Good location for easily navigating by car where needed to go. Most of rooms are upgraded with mattresses I’ve noticed. They are good, there is a few to go. Nice (smaller) gym but never crowded and does the job.Always pleasant staff. Food is very good and good specials each week, regularly served by Eva - does a really top job looking after everyone in the restaurant and nothing is an issue.
