    We had the pleasure of celebrating my daughters wedding here on the 20th of May. From the outset the help and support we had from Majella with the arrangements, accommodation and finer details was invaluable in making the whole experience such a joy! The rest of the staff too were so pleasant and accommodating through the day and night. A particular mention to Mags - a little dynamo - who helped in so many ways throughout the day. All our wedding guests commented on the wonderful day we had. THANK YOU ALL

    My gripe is with the bar...not making a reveiw on the hotel itself...myself and my partner attended a function in the hotel..whilst waiting for the function room to open we decided to have drinks in the bar....there was a female manager style girl chasing the bar staff girl up and down the bar...whatever the problem was should have been dealt with accordingly and not in front of customers....as this was going on all customers were ignored...impossible to get a drink...this is a sham and a massive let down to customer service....the function room staff were fab and we end up with a happy evening....sort your bar out ffs...

    Stayed one night . Free parking which is good. On check in I was welcomed but was very annoyed as the staff member was multi tasking answering phones while checking me in . I think staff should give you their full attention at check in not not partially doing it then leave you waiting because they dealing with customer on phone. Room was quiet spacious and plenty of towels and toiletries. Tiles in bath were filthy, plug for sink didn't fit, chair in room was disgusting with stains, rubbish empty Crisp bag hair brush found under bed ,throw over had stains ,desk fan broken, no hair dryer .
