    Disgusting room and unprofessional management.

    Stay far away from here. As soon as we opened the door, the room smelled disgusting- old and dingy. Room was pitch black and the main light switch didn't work. Nick, (the manager) was super unprofessional and said we should have used the switch behind the TV. I would give it zero stars if I could. We really wanted to just rough it for the night to just sleep and then leave, but made the decision to just book another room instead- it was that BAD. Stay across the street at the Hyatt. Room rate was actually cheaper, had better customer service, and the rooms were way cleaner. You'll also feel way safer there. After looking at the pictures of other reviews, we made the best decision to leave. Our kids couldn't wait to get out of there.     Room was in horrible shape

    If I could give a zero star, I would. Will never book a reservation for here again. The room smelled and was in bad shape. When we asked for towels, we were told to bring it down and exchange the towels that were in the room. The TV did not work and so did one of the lamps. The AC had a bad smell when it was blowing air. The carpet looked like it was not deep clean in a very, very, very long time. There were stains on the table. The stove burner was rusted.     Terrible place to stay. It is loud, the room smelled like smoke and there was no coffee in the lobby as advertised, even after asking twice. Stay away from this garbage!     Great place to stay amazing, house keeping , maricar especially :) also very clean place, good parking, friendly people all around, very peaceful too, never have any issues with anyone or anything .     Beware Cancer Patients!

    Property is toxic and NOT cancer patient friendly! They won’t refund me but I had no warning! Imagine how you would feel after arriving to find this after a day of cancer treatment! Plus non-smoking buildings are not smoke free.
