  This place is not good. Mould in the bathroom , beds not even built properly Coffee machine in the room but all the cream pots were congealed .Only good thing was the shower, if you ignore the mould on the tiles and ceiling .We had 3 rooms booked and we all had the same complaints.

  Room with powerful stench of sewage!

  I was given a basement room which had a serious problem with the stench of sewage very hard to bear. Level 1 rooms are on a semi basement level and there was a smell from the time I went down the stairs. But into the room it was unpleasant. When I returned from a walk I realised the window had been open in the room as it was now cold with the curtains blowing. When I closed the window and then went into the shower area the full impact of the smell hit. Really disgusting. Unfortunately it was too late to make other arrangements and I spent a very unpleasant night and got out as early as I could the next day. If you have an issue there are no staff here who will help you. The photos shown of the residence are misleading. No reception or customer service here. Don’t risk it. Find another place to stay. One security / maintenance person on site who is not customer service trained.

  Basically a hostel so don’t stay here. The hallway carpets are disgusting and stained. The rooms are one step up from a prison cell. So not stay here no matter how cheap.

  This is super Basic. No staff. Guests ignored. Not worth money. Worth about 150 per room per night and that's being generous. Rathgar is about 4km from centre. Only book if you are desperate

  Well if for any reason you cannot access data on your phone, good luck trying to access the property never mind the room that you paid for. We eventually got into “ours” only to find it occupied. It took a while to get this sorted. The emergency contact number on the unmanned reception said when answered, “I don’t work for them anymore”!Customer service promised a 30% refund due to the inconvenience. However, when I followed this up a few days later the same operator, who acknowledge giving the offer said, I need to check with my manager. I will get back to you. The response by email was no refund as you did not wait long enough to get a new room! I asked them to reconsider and I’m still waiting, one week later, for a response.Customer service at this Property frankly could not be worse. Personal service.? You have to be joking.Oh by the way don’t bother expecting TV coverage in your room.
