NOT SUPPORT DOG FRIENDLY - discriminates against disabled folk.

    rating24 Jan 2026

Called them, hoping to book what seemed like reasonably priced accommodation near train station due to energy limits / disabilities. Told, immediately I mentioned him, "We do not accommodate support dogs". Reviewing here should others ever be in my position. So, my opinion is that this hotel discriminates against disabled folk.

    Introduction to Ireland.

Exhausted from overnight travel and no sleep. Dozed in the lobby until my room was ready at 3 pm. Disappointed in tepid shower water, but grateful for location able to walk to pub and park.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!We decided to treat our autistic child to Dublin Zoo and a weekend to Dublin, we booked this hotel as it was close to the zoo and close to the train station, we told the desk when we phoned up to book the room that we would have an autistic child with us, our child had a complete meltdown when it came to going to bed around 8pm, the guest below our room made a complaint to the front desk, I got a very angry phone call from reception ordering me to stop my child from jumping around and running around the room, I tried to explain that the child was autistic but it fell on deaf ears, multiple phone calls from reception ordering us to control our child, needless to say we checked out at 11pm, the staff were not helpful at all. Like I said avoid like the plague.
