  Decent hotel but shuttle should be included in price

  Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle bus costs 3 Euro per person, per direction, so be prepared for that. Shuttle does operate all hours so getting from and to the airport for early/late flights is no problem.

  Hotel staff created a potentially unsafe environment for female solo traveler

  This location created a potentially unsafe situation for me with their check-in practices. I was a female traveling alone, and when I checked in, there was a long line of people there as well. Not only did the front desk clerk (Greta) ask me to verbally confirm “it’d be just me in the room,” but then she said my room number aloud before handing me my key. So everyone in line with me overheard that a) I was traveling alone and b) that I was in room #104. If someone was looking to harm someone else, it made me an easy target. I felt like I had to take extra measures to barricade myself in the room that night to be safe.

  Very disappointing

  Very dirty and dated room. We found a fly in the bedsheets and were grossed out by the room in general. The room was so disappointing that we decided to find another hotel closer or at the airport and luckily got a room at the Maldron hotel, which was far better and also had far friendlier-staff and cleaner and more modern-looking facilities. To make things worse, I couldn't get a full or even a partial refund as I didn't even spend the night at this crappy motel-quality hotel. Very disappointing. Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more money for a proper hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the Dublin Airport.

  Hotel was lovely. Room and bed was lovely and food in restaurant was really nice. Staff at reception and restaurant very helpful and nice.However the shuttle bus to and from airport was a bad experience. My daughter is a sometimes wheelchair user and we brought it with us. The drivers said they couldn't open the accessible doors on the bus as if they did, they wouldn't be able to close them again?? What?? I had to fold it up and squeeze the chair on and manage our luggage. Not once did either driver offer to help. Only for some lovely passengers helping me it made things so awkward . My point is , what if she needed to get on in the wheelchair, would they have actually been able to open the doors or not? Would we have had to call a taxi ? Dont provide half a service . Im not sure hotel staff knew about this and i didn't mention it to them as I didn't honestly know who to say it to. But accessibility should be available on all buses. Very disappointed in that.

  Impressive service and room top quality stay!

  Excellent super smilie staff. Huge clean family room perfect for 2 adults and mid size kids. No major noise comfortable beds, stacks of hot water. Breakfast yummy and plentiful. The reception was well staffed and incredible helpful with directions taxi etc. Overall excellent quality of stay special thanks to staff for warm welcome and kindness. Staff A+ attitude.Impressive for chain hotel will come again Thank you!
