Location

This city hotel is exclusively located directly beside the sea and a few minutes from the town centre. The Royal Dublin Society congress centre (RDS) lies opposite the hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel, the US and British embassies, Lansdowne Road, the airport, the ferry ports, restaurants, shopping venues, bars, a guest car park and the Dart Link tram service are located in the hotel's immediate vicinity.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1890. The hotel has 8 suites and 26 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service and a laundry service. A fax machine is on hand for guests' business and communication needs. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available for daily use. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and 34 non-smoking rooms.

    We were very lucky to have found this Premier Suites location. The rooms were large, updated and very clean. I think it is better in person than the online photos. The location is in a nice neighborhood and an easy trip to city center. One reason we chose this place is because it provided washer and dryers in a common room. While there, out of 3 washers and 3 dryers, one washer and one dryer was not working and they were a little difficult to operate. We still got our wash done, but I would recommend they update those. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

    We had an incredible experience staying at these apartments, and that’s largely thanks to the amazing Laura. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble — she was always available, responsive, and genuinely caring. She helped me a lot to make the stay very comfortable for my baby! She runs the place with such grace and dedication, and it's clear that she truly cares about the people who stay here. We can’t thank her enough — she made our experience unforgettable.Highly recommend!Niamh and Eric

    Stayed for two nights in Premier Suites for a work trip, a fabulous property ideally located and ease of access to all city centre routes. Friendly staff and a warm welcome from all the team made my stay so relaxed and at ease. Huge thank you to Laura and her team for looking after me. I will be no doubt returning to this property on my next visit to Dublin.

    Very easy to find , friendly receptionists , room was spotless and had a good shower , lovely and quiet at night, tea and biscuits in room , 24 hour spar, pubs and nice cafe only 5 minutes walk, would definitely stay again. Had breakfast in Magpie cafe which was very nice.
