    Average

    rating01 May 2026

The stay was average overall, with a few positives but also some noticeable downsides. The room was reasonably clean, though it felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Basic amenities were available, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The staff was polite, but service was sometimes slow, especially during busy hours. The location was convenient, which made getting around easier. However, the noise levels at night were a bit disturbing. It’s an okay option for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement. Wonderful Mini Break

    rating26 Apr 2026

We had an absolutely wonderful mini-break here. From the moment we walked in the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous, really well situated for Temple Bar’s nightlife, which its own bar forms part of, but without being obtrusive, as it feels slightly separate to the hotel. We had a lovely dinner in the bar on our first night and the breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve had in any hotel. The whole team was great, especially Luisa the Front of House Manager. Luiza Lucchesi, Guest Services / Front Office at Temple Bar Hotel Dublin by The Unlimited Collection, responded to this review Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear you had such an enjoyable mini-break with us.It’s great to know that our team made you feel welcome from the moment you arrived and that you enjoyed both your dinner and our breakfast offering—your kind words mean a lot to us. We’re especially pleased that our location allowed you to experience the lively atmosphere of Temple Bar while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay.A special thank you for mentioning Luiza—she will be absolutely delighted with your feedback, and we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to her and the rest of the team.We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to welcome you back again soon.Warm regards,Romarjo KaminskiManagement Team

    Advertised room type not honoured

    rating25 Apr 2026

I stayed at Temple Bar Hotel from 24–26 April with a friend. We specifically booked a Quad Room advertised as having two double beds. This was the main reason we chose this hotel, even though we could have stayed elsewhere in Dublin for around €200 less. However, when we checked in we were given a room with one queen bed and two single beds, which is not what was advertised or what we booked.Unfortunately neither of us could realistically use the single beds. I cannot sleep comfortably in a single bed, and my friend has a sporting injury that makes a single bed unsuitable. We explained this at reception, but the hotel manager said no alternative room was available.Because the room type we booked was not actually provided, I had to find alternative accommodation at short notice and ended up paying €300 to stay at The Morgan hotel next door (which was a very nice hotel). This situation completely disrupted our weekend trip and left us out of pocket. The most frustrating part is that we deliberately paid more to stay here because of the two double bed configuration, which the hotel ultimately did not provide.Hotels should not advertise room configurations they cannot actually deliver.Very disappointing experience overall.

    Unbearably Loud - No Sleep!

    rating22 Apr 2026

My husband, daughter and I were disappointed in the unbearable noise levels at Temple Bar Hotel, especially on the first level where we stayed. We were not warned that if we accepted the room on the first floor that it would be so loud that we could not sleep. On a Saturday night when we first arrived, music in the downstairs nightclub played until 4:30 AM. When we complained we were told on Sunday night the music would only go until 1130 PM but in fact, it went until 1:30 AM. We understand this is a busy area full of pubs and nightclubs, but we expected there would be some laws or regulations about music after midnight or even 2 AM. The music was pulsating and we could not get a good nights rest which impacted our limited tourist time during the day. There was double panes glass so we thought we would be OK. However, the music was coming from right below us, not outside on the street. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the employees, friendly and helpful. Too bad it was so noisy! This is not The Fleet Hotel

    rating20 Apr 2026

I went in and asked if this was the Fleet Hotel and was told yes and then stated I have a reservations. Gave them my name and they confirmed… dropped luggage off because check in time was later. We came back to check in and get our room and then was told that we didn’t have a reservations… they said we did and held our bags for us all day, now we don’t? After trying to get it all figured out, we were tired and they said we have a room we can book for you but the reservations earlier were for someone else. We were tired, it’s late, no where to go… book the room… 370 euros… 😳. Went to room and went to bed… woke up the next morning to go check out breakfast… it doesn’t open until 7… I said your website says 6:30… he said can you show me… showed him and then he said that is the Fleet hotel next store. So, this is not the Fleet Hotel. I know my English is not bad, communication error, who knows but wasn’t happy with the end results… had us in a tight spot at 360 euros and then when it was all over… $425 American dollars for a half way decent hotel… I went to the Fleet after I was told the hotel I was staying in was not the fleet and dang I would have rather stayed there… very nice people and Hotel
