    Noisy

If you like sleeping without noise, this isn't the hotel for you. Live music next door until early hours. Large, clean room but noisy as h*ll.

    AVOID

    rating09 Apr 2026

AVOID!!!! Arrived, I wouldn't put my dogs on the mattress we were given, I asked to be moved to a different room, the mattress was worse, I didn't think it was possible. And an extortionate price. Absolutely extortionate price. I couldn't complain again so just decided to go for food. At reception they didn't ask if it was better, they didn't even acknowledge our existence. Came back after the gig we were going to and found out why there was ear plugs left in our room. I thought we left a window open. We hadn't. The room may as well be in the middle of the pub next door. And absolutely dire live music and roaring crowds. Avoid at all costs for your mental health. Worst place I've ever stayed in Dublin. Pure robbery. Good location.

    Horrible hotel

    rating12 Dec 2025

Absolutely the WORST hotel (?) I have ever stayed in. It is located in between a casino and numerous bars. We were on the 3rd floor and it felt like we were in the bar below , the music was so loud. Could easily sing along. Went on until 2:30 am and guest noise in the halls until 3:30 am. Only one person working at a locked in desk and their response was " we can give you ear plugs). We left the next day. Will be pursuing a refund from Hotels.com.

    Very stressful

    rating23 Aug 2025

We travelled 200 mile to attend a concert. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist asked to see government ID for my wife and i. I travel with a driving license but my wife does not. Being unable to supply the receptionist with my wife's ID, he was unable to let us stay. The information supplied on the booking site "last minute.com" statesGovernment-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required .In a discussion with the lastminute.com , they state that " ID is almost a mandatory" requirement. "May be " and 'almost mandatory" are indefinite .In the end I was able to find photographic evidence on my phone but the experience was most stressful. The receptionist was immutable .

    Very basic / good location

    rating11 Aug 2025

OMDays this place is not decent. Room does not have:Double glassing/ bedside table/ aircon. Pillows are not great but that might be just my choice to have a fluffier pillow. Cleanliness was below average in my opinion. Location is excellent as long as you ignore the loud music coming from the 2 pubs either side :) Nice reception staff though.
