75 rooms, including 4 suites, 3 single rooms and 16 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. We had a wonderful experience. The Grafton is so convenient to downtown Dublin. The staff is so friendly and especially Gary who gave us lots of information. We can't wait until our next visit

The staff make the difference!

Perfectly located in the heart of Dublin, but the best part was the staff. Make sure you run into Gary Joanna at breakfast or in the lobby. I’m a huge Chelsea fc supporter. While we were in town my blues took a hard loss to Brighton. The next morning downstairs at breakfast wearing my Chelsea hoodie, Gary came up quickly and in all seriousness told me to ‘watch out for seagulls today!’ He’s a Liverpool fanatic and we enjoyed giving each other a hard time about our respective clubs every time we ran into each other. Gary and all of the staff truly care about their guests. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat it!

This is my second tome staying at The Grafton in Dublin and I love it more each time I stay. You truly can’t beat the location with walking distance to so many attractions, pubs, and food. The rooms are clean, stylish and have such comfortable beds. I can’t speak highly enough of Noel and Gareth as well who were so welcoming. They truly treated us like family and gave great recommendations not only for Dublin, but also for the rest of our trip into Killarney which truly made our week so wonderful! Thank you for everything! We’ll be back!

I spent an entire week at the Grafton hotel in Dublin. I have to say it was excellent. The staff is so helpful, so kind and really goes out of their way to extend the hospitality. After an entire day visiting the sites in Dublin, I would have a drink or two, or three before going to bed. Jacob, Selin, Nicole and Noel couldn’t have been kinder. They always asked me if I had a nice day. We had good conversations. But most of all they made it a very friendly environment and gave me a lot of ideas of what to visit and where to shop. The drinks and food were perfect. So I want to say a big thank you to Jacob particularly because he was there every night and was always so polite and accommodating. and, as well to Selin, Nicole at the bar who were very sweet and engaging and to Noel, concierge, who pointed me in the right direction and recommended fine dining and pub food and never missed. And he followed up!!! You all made for a wonderful trip to Dublin.
