Location

Located in Dublin city centre, just a 10-minute walk away from Temple Bar, the hotel overlooks the River Liffey with stunning views of the city, and is close to all the major tourist attractions and just a 10-minute walk from the famous O'Connell Street and a 15-minute walk from Stephens Green, Grafton Street and Trinity College. If flying into Dublin, this is the closest city centre hotel to Dublin Airport via the Dublin Port Tunnel and the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from Dublin Airport 7 days a week.

Facility

17 suites, 1 single room and 177 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a games console and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included.     I recently stayed at The Spencer Hotel in Dublin and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with great facilities and a perfect location for exploring the city.What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention has to go to Maria on reception, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a real difference and set the tone for the whole visit.I would highly recommend The Spencer to anyone visiting Dublin and will definitely be returning in the future!

    One of my favorite hotels in Dublin, well located with easy walking access to many restaurants and shops, and a wonderful view of the Liffey. When in town, I work at the Dublin airport and can hop on the Dublin Express from the hotel and arrive to the airport in 15 minutes. Breakfast is good with gluten-free options, and the staff are always accommodating. Upgrade to a balcony for the view if you are able.

    The staff were really friendly! The location is really good, really central to Dublin and easily accessible. The amenities are great, there is a pool area with steam room, sauna room, and jacuzzi. They have a spa on site as well. The shower gel/shampoo etc is very good quality, it is rituals branded which is a lovely touch, I haven’t seen a hotel use a name brand before, especially one of such high quality. Breakfast was good, a really good mix of items available. Would stay again!
