    Beautiful little hotel and good value for money

    This is a lovely little hotel in Dublin City Center, right next to Trinity University. The staff were friendly and kind, and the rooms - while small - were extremely well-appointed, clean, comfy and very very good value for money given that its downtown Dublin. Also, for a small room, they manage to pack in everything you might need, including water kettle, nespresso, ironing board and iron, and hair dryer. The shower was also nice, good water pressure and warm. Also I found the breakfast to be really good (in spite of what other reviews say). Maybe not a great option if you are mobility impaired or can't climb stairs (there isn't an elevator), but climbing wasn't a problem for me. Will definitely stay here again.

    Great location. Right in the heart of Dublin within easy walking of all the places you’d like to see. Beautifully appointed rooms. Elegantly decorated, nicely laid out. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were cozy. The towel warmer in the bathroom was so nice. The only compliant was the Nespresso coffee maker was not working, but that was OK. There was coffee and tea available at breakfast and for a lot more variety a Costa right around the corner. Wonderful customer service. Abby on the evening shift was particularly helpful and so pleasant to chat with. Delicious breakfast included. An intimate dining area with just the right variety of offerings.

    Fabulous Georgian townhouse

    Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Very central, but quiet. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Nicely furnished appropriately so for a Georgian townhouse, yet modern ensuite. Although there is no lift, stairway was wide and manageable for us pensioners! Staff offered to help with luggage. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was nicely done in Library Street restaurant - no unpleasant buffets here! Full Irish available - though the smoked salmon with poached egg on guacamole was my choice each time. We will certainly return. This area is close to Stephen's Green and Buswell's Hotel with a comfortable lounge bar and restaurant.

    Hidden Gem of a hotel

    Arriving to an incredibly friendly face, being shown where we were staying (as we were opposite the main hotel) this is a truly wonderful place to stay! This was a one night stay in the classic rooms booked via booking dot com. Lovely comfortable beds, a nice shower & felt we got great value! Breakfast needs booking and I loved the Irish breakfast very tasty! Our rooms were noisy so maybe request a quiet one if thats important however this is not the fault of the hotel but more where our rooms were located (outside noise!) Central location so fantastic to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again should I return to this wonderful place.

    Exquisite, Quiet, Fabulous Service

    Stayed here on 2 separate occasions and loved the experience both times. Front desk attendants were very helpful and genuinely friendly. I was impressed by both rooms, the first being a Classic and the second Superior. The interior design was exquisite and classy. One was in the main building and the other across the street.The hotel is located on a quiet side street in a very safe area. It’s not too far from restaurant and sightseeing options.Breakfast was top-notch, fresh, and delicious.I would definitely stay here again.
