    Terrible experience You will lose your money. They cancelled my reservation and did not gave me my money back. They refused the checkin and the girl there was extremely rude nd uneducatedIt s a SCAM!!!!!!

    Terrible. They refused to check us in because we didn’t arrive by 6:30 PM, even though according to the documents late check-in was allowed until 10:00 PM. We had to find accommodation somewhere else, and the next day when we tried to come back to check in and continue our stay, they had canceled our reservation. They refuse to refund our money. A scammer-like attitude.

    This place is an absolute SCAM. We had a 5-night reservation at Amalfi Luxury House — fully paid in advance — and they cancelled our entire stay just because we couldn’t arrive for check-in on the first night. They took our money and gave us NOTHING in return. No refund, no understanding, not even a basic attempt at customer service.When we tried to contact them, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It’s clear they don’t care about their guests — only about stealing your money.After checking Google reviews, we realized this is a pattern with them. People have been locked out or cancelled for being even a minute late to check-in. They wait for you to slip up, then keep your money and rebook the room to someone else. This is fraud.STAY AWAY from Amalfi Luxury House. You’ve been warned.

    What a super cute place to stay. Nestled in the heart of amalfi town is this beautiful accommodation. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the host. She booked us in and gave us all the advice we needed, willing to answer any questions. The next morning, we went up to the beautiful rooftop to have out pre-ordered breakfast, which did not disappoint. Once again, the lady was happy to help and happy to bring anything extra if needed. The place felt very safe and secure, with keys for the gate, the accommodation door, and the room door. Safety deposit box also in room. The room itself was spotless with a lovely balcony. Obviously, being set back a little in the town, the view was of the mountain cliff, but that was perfect. To summarise, I would defo return. Grazie, to the staff there 😘

    Terrible experience.Strong chemical smell in the room – we couldn’t breathe and had to sleep with the door open all night, terrified, with only a forest outside.They lied about being 200m from the beach – it’s a long walk and countless stairs.The staff completely ignored us, offered no help, and took no responsibility.Unprofessional, unsafe, and not worth a single star.
