  We had the most unpleasant experience while staying in this property. Our bed was infested with bed bugs. At first there were just a couple of bites that appeared and I thought it may have been a mosquito in the room. The second day more bites appeared. I pulled back the covers and discovered bed bugs. I sat up all night in the chair and the next morning I reported the problem to the management. By this time my arms, upper body, shoulder and head were full of bites as it takes a couple of days for the bites to mature and appear on the skin. The management apologized and explained the owner was out of town and would deal with the issue of a refund upon his/her return the following week. The hotel was prepaid through a third party. I filed a complaint with the booking agency, but they informed me they have not been able to obtain a reply from the ownership. It is obvious the B & B is looking to avoid the situation. In addition to the bed bugs, the bathroom had a foul order. Also, after careful inspection, I was inclined to believe that the bed linen had not been changed from the previous occupant since I discovered loose hairs under the covers while inspecting for the bed bugs. All and all this was a very unpleasant and painful experience for me and my husband. I took photos of the live insects in the bed and submitted them as proof. This problem has yet to be resolved. I caution anyone who is contemplating staying in this property. The entrance to the building is also dark, uninviting and requires climbing four sets of stairs to reach the suite of rooms.

  The record needs to be set straight here! After reading alot of horrific reviews i was close to cancelling, im glad i didnt because this place has alot of charm….. classic italian features and rooms with new patio doors with your own terrace and aircon,tele,hairdryers, fridge with freezer and kettle with tea coffee and sweets and good wi-fi! Rooms changed daily for us so far its our 3rd day today! The host Aniello is amazing too he cant do enough for you and is helpful in any way possible. The only downside is rooms you can tell have aged and need alittle redecoration but nothing terrible to me. All in all a fantastic place and really enjoying our stay… 🤍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Arrived hotel and the entrance looked awful. 4 long floors up - had to carry luggage ourselves! Hotel in bad condition. The man in the reception was aggressive and they dont speak english. He threatened me and wanted to fight. Bad place😡😡😡😡😡

  I was tempted by pictures of an old-style rooms. I paid even extra for a 'superior' room to experience something even better. But my room was like in a cheap hostel. I asked two random guests to show me their rooms and they were completely different - like rooms in an old palace-like bulding should be. The personnel there did not speak English so I was asked to contact a reception of their second hotel. The rude receptionist treated me like a pain in the ass stating the room is ok and it is 'superior' because it has a terrace; she was making contemptuous faces all the time. The room was basic, the mattress had dirty blotches resembling blood stains, air conditioning was not working properly (it decreased temperature a bit but it was still very hot), plaster was falling off the walls. Look at the pictures I am attaching to asses whether a 'superior room' should look like that. Compare it to their official pictures. If this is not a scam, so what is it then?

  Classic beauty, very good location and polite personnel

  I was in the Amalfy Coast with my spose almost one week celebrating our 30th anniversary of our marriage. Wy stayd in the Casa Raffaele Conforti, in a small town Maiori, very near to Amalfi. It is a very nice hotel, small but with classical touch in everything: furniture, walls, etc. The personnel of the hotel is very attentive, polite:Tania, Alfonso always try to help you in any matter you need or are interested. I liked one more thing I never have had before in another hotels: the breakfast time. Usually, you should wake up at 8 o´clock to have breakfast and you can use this opportinity only until 9 o´clock. Here, in the Casa Raffaele Conforti you can have breakfast until 11 o´clock! The rooms are very clean. We liked everything and highly recommend the hotel to everyone.
