Location

The hotel is located in the picturesque village of Atrani, on the famous Amalfi coastal drive, adjacent to the town of Amalfi and very close to the well-known resorts in the area like Positano, the islands of Capri and Ischia, Sorrento, Pompei and Herculaneum. The bus station is around 100 m away. Guests can reach the beach in a short stroll. Naples Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 75 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 5 single rooms and 25 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included.     Our stay at Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you goes to Carlo from the service team — truly the best ever!! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Carrying our heavy luggage up and down all the hotel stairs looked effortless for him, and he did it with a smile every time.We also want to praise the ladies in the breakfast room. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome every morning. Their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable.We highly recommend Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness for anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, friendly staff, and a memorable stay. We lived i room 201, which had a fantastic wiew over Atrani.Mona & Morten

    We had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Ferraioli for 4 nights in September, and I wish we had been there longer. Upon arrival, the porter team greeted us and graciously carried our luggage up the numerous flights of stairs to the hotel lobby where we continued to be greeted by the lovely team members. We had the Liz Taylor room and it was perfect. The view is the view you’re looking for from the experience - highly recommend.We also enjoyed aperitivo on the terrace, watching the boats come and go while enjoying the peace and quiet of Atrani. It’s the perfect retreat after a day spend exploring Amalfi or other villages along the coast. The town is small but with no shortage of restaurants to choose from as well as the perfect little bottle shop and a great alternative to crowded beach clubs in other parts of the coast.We greatly enjoyed our time in Atrani and at Palazzo Ferraioli and would recommend it to anyone researching places to stay. (Don’t let the stairs intimidate you - they are wide and manageable. Only a concern for those with mobility issues as there are not handrails.)

    Aside from the fact that when you arrive in a place like Atrani you are amazed by its beauty, unfortunately within just a few minutes of walking to reach this hotel, there are no signs indicating its location (considering the structure and layout of the houses), which causes confusion.The next issue is the reception staff: long delays in handing over the room, rude behavior, lack of attention to guests, impatience in their attitude, and so on. Finally, because of the many stairs, there are staff who carry luggage down the steps. Unfortunately, after check-out, when we handed our suitcase to one of these staff members, they dropped it, and as a result the suitcase’s wheel and bottom part broke. We only noticed this after arriving in Naples. Palazzo Ferraioli, Proprietario at Palazzo Ferraioli - Hotel & Wellness, responded to this review We've already responded to your wife's review and can confirm that the tires were intact.In fact, as you yourself said, you noticed it in Naples after a half-day trip on ferries or buses.Perhaps you should request compensation for the damage from the ferry or bus company.The hotel is easily accessible.     The staff member who was carrying our luggage threw it, and the wheel broke, which caused us a lot of trouble carrying it afterwards. Night shift stuff was angry because we ask about change rateThe cost of the hotel is too high for the services they provide Palazzo Ferraioli, Proprietario at Palazzo Ferraioli - Hotel & Wellness, responded to this review Dear Guests,As explained in the message you sent us previously,on the check-out the porter delivered the suitcase and you pulled it, and the wheels worked perfectly.Two days after departure, you sent us a photo of a suitcase with a broken wheel.We do not believe we caused the damage, and in any case, it must be reported immediately so that any damage can be ascertained.Regarding the exchange rate, during the credit card transaction, guests can choose to pay in their national currency, and you chose this option.We don't set the exchange rate; the bank does so automatically.Thank You for Your stay with us,best regards
