Location

This welcoming hotel overlooks the gulf of Naples, on the rock of Positano. The surrounding area is particularly peaceful and from the hotel guests are offered stunning panoramic views of the area. The historical centre is around 1 km from the hotel. Shopping opportunities are located directly in front of the hotel, the nearest nightclub is about 500 m from the hotel and Naples airport is around 80 km away.

Facility

5 suites, 5 single rooms and 20 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included.     We came in by ferry. A little confusing when you arrive, but the way to go is let the Green Shirts take your bags. Do not try and lug them yourself. $10 a bag and they will be waiting for you. Same on way back, but I think they are Blue shirts. They we took the bus to the hotel. You can walk, uphill and probably 30 minutes until you figure out the stair system. The hotel has a bus stop right in front. Also one of the many stairs that take you to town. We had a beautiful room on the 3rd floor with a huge balcony/terrace with breathtaking views of the entire town. We were met by Ahmed for checkin. The best! He not only checked us in, but gave us a map with 4 restaurants listed and marked and gave his recommendations. One is just down the hill and we enjoyed so much we ate there 3 times. On our last evening I got a text saying our ferry to Salerno and the train was canceled because of water. Panic! I ran down and luckily Ahmed was on duty. No problem. Let me help you. Within 5 minutes he had arranged for a car to take us to Naples. Checked the train schedule so we could meet our train there and get our reserved seats. A savior! Thank you Ahmed. Everything went as you said it would. Plus ask him about his movie career. Once you get used to the stair system you can walk to resturants or town in 15-20 minutes. The bus leaves town on the hour and half and is at the hotel every 15 and 45. They have an excellent complementary breakfast. Custom cooked eggs, etc. Nice bar, fairly priced, you can sit and watch the new tourists fight their bags and attempt the stairs with 4 bags. Good Air, Nice bath. Plenty of hot water and pressure.     The best trip we ever had as a family, the location is super nice, great view, the atmosphere at the hotel is great, Rooms are clean, for the money you spent on Positano the hotel has great value, and the most important thing is the staff, they are the nicest I’ve seen in hospitality Busneiss.
