This hotel is situated in the centre of Ravello, only a few minutes drive from Amalfi.

Facility

The resort has 2 junior suites, 2 suites, 2 single rooms and 35 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units have a sea view. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The resort has family rooms and 41 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Massage treatments are among the facilities available for an extra fee.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu for dinner. There are meals available for those with special dietary requirements: diet meals and children's meals. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had booked a room for 2 days in Septembre, but unfortunately our transportation fell through and try as we might we could not manage transportation that would get us back in time for our flight home so we had to try to cancel, or even re-book for another date. The hotel refused to even consider any kind of options. No partial refund, no re-schedule (even at a different time convenient for them). They even charged us for 2 days parking which is unheard of. We had only booked the hotel three days earlier so it was not as if they had held a room that they could have otherwise booked. In fact they had 3 other rooms still left on their site. They staff was rude and impatient, and the manger even laughed at us on the phone. As for unethical, they had sent me and email a few days before the reservation saying they (the hotel) had cancelled my reservation but we still owed them the full amount. I guess that was a big red flag that I missed. I have never heard of a hotel keeping the money for the whole stay, and especially for parking as well.     Amazing location, excellent room and beach club!Very friendly and helpful staff!We enjoy amazing views, great proximity to beautiful cities and excellent facilities for swimming and relaxing under the sun.We will definitely visit again!     Upon arrival, the staff was very nice and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room we were initially given—a Comfort Sea View—was extremely small, humid, and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The sheets, pillows, towels—even the air in the room—were damp. I immediately called the front desk to report the humidity, and while the hotel manager offered to change the sheets and bring a fan, that was the extent of the solution. When I asked if we could move to another room, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no further accommodations could be made.We had no choice but to spend the night in that room, and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom layout added to the discomfort—the shower was awkwardly placed right next to the sink, making it difficult to get in and out.The next day, after breakfast, I raised the issue again and thankfully, Sandra was kind and proactive in finding us another room. The new room (just next door) was slightly larger and had a more functional, comfortable bathroom—thankfully, a big improvement.We stayed a total of five nights. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff truly stood out: Sandra, Francesco, Caterina, the lovely ladies at breakfast, and the housekeeper were all incredibly kind, polite, and warm. They greeted us with a smile and kind words every day, and their hospitality did not go unnoticed.We were also very impressed with the front desk staff, who were extremely proactive in helping us schedule tours, transfers, and transportation each time we asked. They made navigating the area much easier and were always quick to assist with any logistics we needed.While my husband and I really appreciated the staff, the stunning views, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall upkeep of the property, we were disappointed with the room size and presentation. We did not feel the price reflected the value we received, especially given the issues with the first room. For a hotel that markets itself as a 4-star property, we expected a more consistent standard in the rooms offered.     A Wonderful Gem

    This is our favorite hotel on the Amalfi Coast. The moment you enter, the staff are friendly, know your name, extremely helpful and thoughtful. The welcome drink is a nice touch when you sit outside and look at the sea. The rooms are on the small side but they are clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed swimming at the hotel and the looking up at this beautiful hotel on the rocks. It's away from the crowds which we loved. The restaurant serves wonderful food and the staff are also very attentive. I would return here and may even go to Ravello just to stay here!     Panoramic View at Ravello Art Hotel

    My husband and I stayed at the Ravello Art Hotel for a week in May 2025. We stayed in the boutique apartment which was about a 10 minute walk from the main hotel but transportation is also provided by the hotel, if needed. I would recommend utilizing hotel provided transportation if travelling with children. The boutique apartment was fabulous and private with a panoramic view of the sea and included a 75 square meter terrace which we enjoyed with a bottle of wine every night of our stay. The terrace included a picnic table and outdoor furniture. The apartment also had steps down to the sea. It included two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer, dishwasher, espresso coffee, outside clothes line, and USB chargers.Dining at the hotel was excellent, the food was delicious and the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They responded quickly to questions prior to booking and arranged transportation from the train station in Salerno as well as a boat trip along the Amalfi coast and out to Capri, which was wonderful.The hotel is a quick walk to Minori, a small town with shopping, the start of lemon walks and long walks up and down the beautiful coast.We loved our stay, highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay at Ravello Art Hotel again.
