    The hotel was clean and the location was good! The staff was unfriendly at the reception desk were unfriendly and in accommodating. The girls at the breakfast area were very nice. I was checking in with 3 other couples on my 45th wedding anniversary. All 3 other couples were put on the 5th floor with nice balconies and I was put on the 1st floor in a noisy room. I asked if I could change and they said I could not. I they immediately wanted full payment so I assumed they would charge me the correct amount and they did not. They forgot to subtract the deposit taken days before and acted like it was my fault!! They said it would take a few weeks for the credit to go back on my charge card. My room was noisy, but clean. The pool area was small and the pool water was ice cold. Unfortunately, the beach across the street was under construction so we could go to the beach either.. The hotel location was good and the we enjoyed the area. I would not recommend this hotel.. there were other choices in the area.

    If I could I would put more than 5 stars!!An exceptional stay at Reginna Palace Hotel in Maiori. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfectly maintained. The view was simply breathtaking—like waking up inside a picture every morning.What truly stood out was the staff, who were genuinely exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, professinal and genuinely attentive. They went out of their way to help, always wiith a smile, and made us feel welcomed from the very first moment! It made the stay very special!A wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish, we look forward to going back in the future. Highly recommended!

    I highly advise against staying at this hotel. We had stuff stolen from our room, paint coming off the walls and the staff didn’t seem to care.Theft:The staff was very nice when we were checking in. However there was a problem with our room door and therefore the housekeeping didn’t close it (as shown in the video) it happened 4 days in a row where we had to look through our things and tell reception who did not seem to care.When they finally did resolve the problem they didn’t even apologize or mention it.After getting home we found out that we had a pair of expensive earrings stolen from our room. When reaching out they just said I had never happened before and therefore it would never happen.Quality of rooms:Might have been good once, however our bathroom had broken tiles and two times we had paint falling off into our shower or down on the floorWhat to be aware of:- They charge 40 euro just to use the beach that they own. So if you’re looking forward to beaches, better find a hotel which has it included- The water in the shower changes between temperature by itselfI wish we had kept looking for hotels before thinking this was a good idea..

    Returned back on the 19th September after just a short stay of 4 nights.Really nice place, spotless throughout the hotel, staff are great,Stayed in room 203 with a partial view of the sea & we could look down the main road.Comfy room. Pool was great & loungers available. Prices were reasonable for the area & the hotel, Breakfast was fab.
