    This is the perfect place to stay in Positano! Easy walk to and from the shared van drop off/pick up. Great location to get to the beach and restaurants!     Christina is amazing! Property is a true gem

    I had the pleasure of staying here a few weeks ago. This is the best view and location in all of Positano. The value is incredible. The entire staff is great, Christina was a pleasure to work with. She will make your stay feel like you are staying at your own families property. If you can book the top level suite, I highly recommend it. The morning light is spectacular. Thank you for everything!     We didnt even stay one night the woman in the reception telreated us so horribly and when we asked for her name she told us her name and she said i hope to see you never the worst experience of my life ive been staying in 5 star hotels all my life this woman told ua i dont care if u complain to booking she ruined our trip Christian Cinque, Proprietario at Villa Flavio Gioia, responded to this review Mrs Shahas, frankly, if I were you, I would be ashamed to leave such a review. You were the worst guests we have ever hosted. We are used to respectful and kind clients, never before have we experienced anything like this, and we sincerely hope to never deal with such behavior again.You arrived in three, despite having booked for two, and were in a clearly agitated and out-of-control state—shouting, arguing, and aggressively confronting our staff, who only tried to assist you politely.You refused all help, chased our staff into private areas (it was so scary!), and created a chaotic and unsafe situation. Honestly, we were relieved when you decided to leave. Had you not, we would have had to call the police, as your behavior made the environment unsafe for everyone.Expecting three people to sleep in one double bed shows a complete disregard for basic hotel safety rules. Maybe you’re not used to following such standards, but they exist for a reason.We have video evidence of the entire incident, including your aggressive behavior in staff-only areas, and we’ve forwarded it to our legal team to ensure you are never welcomed back.

    Excellent location, as there’s not a lot of typical stairs climb! Yes, in the centre, but not noisy! Very friendly staff, place is spotless clean, all comfort you need.No breakfast, but, plenty of places to have breakfast. We booked a large room with a balcony, pointing at the sea and the Piazza Flavio Gioia. Very nice stay here, grazie!     A Positano gem!

    Wonderful hotel, centrally located to most everything in Positano. Very comfortable room, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on our private balcony facing the sea. Also, there’s a beautiful, large private courtyard for relaxing and such a friendly and helpful staff. A real gem just steps from the sea. Thank you for a lovely stay!
