    We loved Villa Piedimonte - the location was perfect - just a short walk to everything - the rooms were well-appointed with amazing views, and the staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

    Great stay and perfect location! The staff was incredible and some of the best I have experienced in all my travels. Always accommodating and made sure the stay was perfect. The rooms were very nice and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again on our travels to Ravello!

    Dirty, Misleading, and Refused Refund

    We booked this hotel based on its beautiful photos, but it was nothing like advertised. The room was dirty and full of bugs, with mold on the walls and in the shower. The “view” of a terrace was actually a fake tarp of grass that looked awful.When we tried to resolve the issue, the hotel refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful.We left feeling extremely disappointed. I hope no one else has to go through this — please double-check reviews before booking here.

    Beautiful Ravello stay

    A nicely located small hotel on the cliffs of Ravello with beautiful views of the coast. They have excellent customer service and you can walk everywhere in Ravello from there. There is a breathtaking small terrace from where you can dine for breakfast or have a snack later in the day.Our room was spacious, airy and had a large deck to view the villages and sea.

    Loved my time at Villa Piedimonte! I had a room with an ocean-view balcony — the view was absolutely stunning. The place was clean, safe, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
