  Greta hotel and hospitality

  Highly recommend this hotel as the service is great, staff of the hotel are friendly, very welcoming and more than helpful.The breakfast in the morning offers a large variety with a pleasant view and the hotel is located near central positano. There are a few steps to climb when leaving the hotel but nothing that would be an issue if you are in good health.I would highly recommend! we can honestly not fault anything wrong with this place as our experience was great from start to finish.

  Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms fantastic 10/10. You neeed to be fit 72 steps to contend with. Fantastics views from the coffee area and breakfast tables

  We loved this stay. The staff were absolutely amazing, from front desk, servers, housekeeping, just all so pleasant! Porters are readily available to carry your luggage down once you arrive. The breakfast included is perfect, the views are beautiful! It’s off the beaten path to the main downtown area, but that is a good thing considering Positano is a popular destination so you have loads of people coming in during the day. This is perfectly situated, same street as the main street but not in the middle of all that chaos and not too far from it either. Also, Fornillo beach (the better beach) is just right below and easy to get to. Loved this place, would stay there again!

  We stayed here as a family of four and had a good overall experience. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the town. The AC worked well and kept the room cool, which was much appreciated. However, the pillows were extremely flat. I woke up with neck and head pain, and even after requesting four additional pillows, they were still not supportive.The hotel doesn’t have a pool, which would have been nice, but to be fair, it’s not advertised as having one. It is partnered with Hotel Puppeto, where guests get a 10% discount. We enjoyed a relaxing beach day there. Be prepared for lots of stairs, not just at the hotel but throughout Positano.The location is great, close to a few of our favorite local restaurants. One downside was the ants on the balcony. The front staff responded quickly and sprayed them, but they returned daily.The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Francesco in the dining area, he was amazing and made our mornings enjoyable. Very thankful for the hotel offering Porter service. I appreciate the porters. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but next time I may look for a hotel that’s closer to the beach and has a pool to better meet our needs

  Stayed 1 night in the room with French balcony. Booked on their website directly. Amazing views from the room and the breakfast area. Spacious room with separate living area. Living area has a day bed. Can accommodate a third person. Very clean. Staff is very friendly. It is a hotel with a reception and front desk. Has their own private easy access to Fornillo beach and their restaurants on the beach. Away from the city center, but very peaceful and away from the crowds. Hotel has porter service to help with luggage. Breakfast was plentiful. Had lots of fruits, meats, cheese, hot breakfast options and tons of pastries and Italian cookies. Short walk to other restaurants like Mirage, Saraceno d’Oro, Posides and Il Fornillo.
