The hotel is located on the seaside in the central beach area in Senigallia, 1 km from the motorway exit (A14-exit Senigallia). Restaurants and bars can be found within 1 minute's walk of the hotel. The city centre of Senigallia is around 700 m away, where guests can also find shopping facilities. The bus and train stations are around 400 m away. Guests may also be interested in visiting nearby towns such as Ancona, around 25 km away, Pesaro (45 km), Urbino and Frasassi (both 50 km) and Aquafan (around 60 km away).

10 junior suites, 54 single rooms and 54 double rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building.     My wife and I stayed for the first two weeks of August 2022. The bed was extremely comfortable despite the room being quite small but workable. The bathroom however was extremely small and difficult to move about. Housekeeping was excellent and reception and restaurant staff were very professional and helpful. The downside of staying at this hotel and for us it was a major concern was the level of external noise throughout the night. Basically there was a bar next door set back from the main road and in front of this bar was a large paved area which was unused during the day but which at night became a meeting point for dozens and dozens of people who spent the night from about midnight until the early hours (04:00) playing a large sound system and screaming and shouting and preventing the hotel residents from sleeping. This was not an isolated incident and occurred several times during our stay culminating in four consecutive nights of this behaviour up to our last night which left us exhausted for travelling. When questioned, the reception staff apologised but said there was nothing they could do about the noise. As such, we could never risk staying at this hotel again and would caution others to be certain that they were not going to suffer this dreadful noise and sleep deprivation.

    A fabulous facility & staff!Friendly & professional!Great food and a beautiful view of the Adriatic!!!A central location within walking distance of all the amenities Senigallia has to offer !!!!!We were able to add an extra day due to the enjoyable time we had!Near the beach and many attractions nearby!!!!! Parking a bit of a challenge but not a problem.

    The hotel is basic yet is comfortable for holiday as is right on beach. The view from room where I stay was nice. It was nice to watch the beautiful beach and sea which was just on the other side of road.The hotel gives you good basic facility you want on a holiday. The restaurant and chef is very good. Lift to room is a bit small but manageable. Evenings can be great because of good food after day at beach.Hotel- simpleLocation - excellent Room- comfortableRestaurant- niceFood - goodstaff - very limited but good and courteous.Overall - a small hotel with all basic facilities and excellent location. If you happen you chose this hotel you will like your stay.

    The staff is very cordial, and they speak English very well. The room was clean and well maintained. For those of you who have not had to endure “Navy showers” for years, you may not appreciate the shower as much as I did but the water is very powerful and there is no lack of hot water! The breakfast was very good and everything was fresh. I noticed the absence of fried eggs, bacon, etc., that I have become accustomed to seeing on the breakfast buffets in hotels that cater more to Americans. Again I am not criticizing, just noting. One more thing that I am not accustom to much anymore, and this was a pleasant surprise, the air conditioner works! I know that we are supposed to be green, but…

    Having never been to the Summer Jamboree in Senigallia it was a bit of a lottery picking a hotel. However the City hotel was great value for money. My room was a double so I had plenty of place and a king sized bed. The air conditioning dealt well with the Summer heat. Breakfast was boring but breakfast in Italy does not seem to be such a big deal as in the other European countries. A big plus was a bar on the corner of the hotel. For the price of a a drink you could avail yourself of their Italian Tapas' so a beer and dinner for 6 EURO !!! The hotel is across the road from the beach and is an easy walk to the old part of the city.
