  Unfortunately, the rooms aren't soundproofed, and you can hear everything, both from the rooms next door and especially from the corridors. It's unacceptable. In the morning, the only thing that wakes you up is as soon as the first person gets up, at 6, even though I had to get up at 8 because I'd been working late.

  This is our 2nd time stay at this hotel and the room is always clean and pleasant, staff is very kind and nice. Everything is super nice. Cost and quality balance is super good in my opinion. Parking is also large. To Arezzo city center it is not really walkable distance but for the people coming by car, it is no issue at all.

  Though in general stay was good, small things like glass tumblers and a bottle of water along with tea/coffee making facility in the rooms will add to full comfort.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. Sad excuse for a hotel. Way too far from the main part of the city. Room looked nice when I walked in but AC wasn’t working. Went down to the front desk 2 different times, they said they’d “reset it”. Came down for a 3rd time an hour later when it still wasn’t working, then they said “they don’t turn it on until June” …but it was working in the fitness center on the same floor... they lied. I asked for a fan, they gave me a broken one I couldn’t use. Had to keep the windows open all night next to a loud road, and someone smoked outside and my whole room smelled like ciggaretes. It’s a FAKE hotel. Queen bed was 2 twins pushed together. Front desk girl couldn’t speak English. Elevator almost broke down multiple times. Light next to bed was out. Endless problems. I paid $140 a night for this
