Poor breakfast facility
14 May 2026
There is only one coffee machine and only one toaster in the breakfast area. This is not sufficient for 50+ guests and there is a long line-up and discomfort.

Very noisy

Unfortunately, the rooms aren't soundproofed, and you can hear everything, both from the rooms next door and especially from the corridors. It's unacceptable. In the morning, the only thing that wakes you up is as soon as the first person gets up, at 6, even though I had to get up at 8 because I'd been working late.

always clean and pleasant

This is our 2nd time stay at this hotel and the room is always clean and pleasant, staff is very kind and nice. Everything is super nice. Cost and quality balance is super good in my opinion. Parking is also large. To Arezzo city center it is not really walkable distance but for the people coming by car, it is no issue at all.
