    This hotel was a 20 € ride in a taxi from the airport. Self check in. Arrived late. Felt safe and secure. Comfortable room. Up and left early. Would recommend.

    Fantastic accommodation for s few nights right in the heart of Bergamo. We had a great experience, rooms were large, modern, very clean, no negatives at all. Would highly recommend staying in this accommodation. East access to all restaurants and bars, lots of choices, buzzing atmosphere!

    Fantastic location, rooms were clean and spacious. The codes for the doors were slightly temperamental but always worked. My only complaint is the cleaner turned up at 9.30am and knocking on the door when check out is 11am. There was another day she turned up at 9am and we were only just leaving the room.

    This place isn’t cheap and it’s had amazing photos taken. But the dream stops there. Dirty bathrooms - mould / awful tech entry is a joke. When you try and reason with owners over issues that allege you are threatening them. Entry system had a total melt down and it took 50 minutes to get in room during my stay. They had totally reset the styles and give me new codes. I wasn’t best pleased .Tv didn’t work properly and missed some sport I had planned on watching. The owners just weren’t interested in sorting the problem. Total disgraceful customer service. Them not being on site and obviously a long way away doesn’t help sort issues. You’d be better choosing top quality places in Bergamo. I’ve supped here over 10 times and this is the first time I’ve had problems. The shower was filthy. Mould everywhere- not been cleaned properly in months. Walls in main bedroom are marked with stains. Not a good experience. See attached pics

    For a self check in hotel (no staff on site) it has good support by telephone ( when we couldn’t open the heavy entrance door with digital key pad).The room was very spacious with comfortable bed and air conditioning.Also closed to parking garage in walking distance - with suitcase.it is very central, for the CBD and the old town, either by walking up, taking the funicular or the bus.Close to a number of cafes, bars and restaurants.
