    We tried to make a reservation for one day through the booking app, but due to a malfunction the app booked the next available date instead. We immediately called the property to inform them. They said they would follow up, but did nothing. For four full days they ignored our messages on the booking platform, and only afterwards replied that the booking was “non-refundable.”This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam.

    Horrendous check in system Took 30 minutes to get in touch with anyone Link to electronic door system wanting you to download Chinese app that doesn’t work Room spacious and clean but no kettle and not even water in the minibarNo signal on tvCould not recommend as we were so infuriated once we got into the room There is someone who comes and checks documents on arrival so why they couldn’t assist with room entry is beyond me

    Lovely room, we'll furnished and immaculately clean just 10 minutes from the train station and on the main boulevard leading to the old town. Check in awkward but someone waiting to great us. Felt a bit unnecessary since online instructions were spot on.

    Perfect stay in the heart of the city

    The location and the room were perfect. Its located in the middle of a square, many cafes around. Its in the heart of the lovely area of the city. The view from the room was great. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it was very clean.I would definitely stay there again ..The only suggestion is, their check in system might not work properly, during online check in, the system said no need to enter details of other people if you are family, and then just couple of hours before arriving the location I got a call that i need to put in passport details of other people as well. Its self check in hotel with a code on the doors, so be careful to check your emails carefully.

    Location, quietness and comfort were fabulous.Coffee shop next door with seating area outside served lovely pastries and coffee.I will definitely return and will use it as a base for travelling further.
