    Great place for a layover!

    Easily accessible, accommodating English-speaking staff, nice and spacious rooms. Free parking, and supervised parking for a fee. Great breakfast and superb supper. Perhaps the dinner was a bit pricey in comparison but it was exquisite indeed.

    Breakfast is excellent. There are various fruits, vegetables, all kinds of baked products and a variety of coffee drinks.Beds are comfortable.Bathrooms are big. ButThe rooms are litte dark.However, the duvet is not one piece, but consists of two sheets and one duvet, between them and is “disassembled” when moving.

    The gym is a scam, leaking sink in the room and no restaurant

    I chose this hotel because they claim that there is a gym in the building next to it which can be used by all guests of the hotel. Instead this is not entirely true because the gym can only be used by hotel guests in the evening and ONLY from Monday to Friday, it cannot be used during week end. The fact that they don’t clearly say this is really not correct, because there are people choosing this hotel right because of the gym. I visited the hotel on a Saturday and I discovered that I had to pay to use the gym. The hotel receptionist told me that the entrance fee would just be 10€ but then when I went to the gym I had to pay 20€ instead. And the gym is terrible, there are just a few dumbbells and crossfit racks and nothing else.My experience at the hotel also wasn’t good, the sink in the toilet of my room was leaking and therefore I couldn’t use it. And the hotel has no restaurant. So if you arrive at dinner time then you will have to take a car and drive to a restaurant (there is no restaurant in walking distance from the hotel).The gym they advertise is basically a scam and this hotel isn’t good. Just don’t choose this hotel.

    Great hotel, with really friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is situated outside Bergamo so need to make use of public transport or taxis. But they did recommend am amazing local restaurant in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

    I've been for a night and everything was very nice. Very clear, comfortable, with friendly staff and always to help you. The breakfast was tasty with many choices. Highly recommended for all kind of travellers!!!
