    Never, ever stay here. Siren went off at 3am in room due to faulty wiring; I was told I had to have no power!!!

    Siren went off at 3am in room; I had to fix it myself according to front desk agent who was sleeping. Result was we couldn’t have power remainder of stay.

    Good base for the bus station to get out and about. Walking distance from the Old Town. Hotel pretty basic, but clean and responsible priced. Paper cups and only one key card to the room disappointing.

    Very happy with this hotel and its comfort, service and location. Our Bikes were parked in a room within hotel garage.

    Lovely hotel, room a little dated but good size, very comfy bed, air con, opening windows and a kettle. Our bicycles were parked in a locked room in the hotel garage. Service was great. We had breakfast which was OK.Hotel is very close to the train station and close to city centre. Takes about 20mins to walk to the funicular to citta alta

    We planned our stay in Bergamo and 3 days before our arrival the Italian government announced critical situation due to heavy rains and expected floods. Despite these circumstances the hotel rejected our request to change the date of our stay. The hotel requested penalty. No willingness to agree about an alternative with reception staff. The lady even did not provided contact to the hotel management per request. We never experienced such unwillingness.

    Arrived by train in the morning and enjoyed an Easy check into our unusually spacious room room 312. The shower was powerful, the towels adequate and the bed comfortable. Water is in the fridge but is charged. One free bottle on arrivalWould have been appreciated. Didnt see an hotel bar or restaurant but there may have been one. The hotel is well situated across from the station. Not the most salubrious location but convenient and we never felt under any threat. Price was fair for the offering.
