Stayed one night with my family. Reception and cleanliness of the room very satisfactory.Excellent value for money. To be kept in mind for a future stop in the area.I am sorry to see negative reviews, we had a very good time. Room found not tidied up, it can happen, but hold on tight, to apologize for the inconvenience they assign me a superior, a suite…I made the deal of a lifetime, I told myself, dated room but the highlight was the shower, without a stall.Restaurant that would be better off closing, menu items not available.How can the owner of this property call himself a hotelier? What they show is a bit misleading. My partner and I booked a room that said it included air conditioning, but when we arrived, it only had a ceiling fan and a television. The breakfast is not very good; the food lacks flavor, and regarding the service for guests, they are not very attentive or concerned. We tried to communicate, but they did not make much effort to understand or offer us a solution to the problem. The location is not good because it is far from the center, and Ubers charge too much money, an absurd amount, and they do not offer transportation, and if they do, it is more than 100 euros. The Uber is very expensive, to the point that they charged us up to €425 to go to the city center! This hotel does not have much to offer; it is misleading in the photos. It is nice, but it does not meet the expectations created by the pictures. Oh, and our room did not even have a small fridge; there was almost nothing in this hotel. I do not recommend it for those who are looking to explore or sightsee. The receptionists were friendly but made no effort to provide better service or show more willingness to keep the guests happy or anything like that; the service seemed pathetic to me. We needed only a one night stay from the airport, and for that this hotel was perfect, very close to Milan Bergamo airport, the reception is open 0-24 and the bed is very comfy. We had everything we needed.
