  I would have slept better at camping

  Wanting to overlook the hygienic aspect of the room where there were blankets dirty with blood carpets from Colors and smell unreasonable and absence of even a curtain in the bathroom in the shower, since the room was used for people with disabilities, I would like to emphasize that I paid to be able to sleep in your hotel and I could not sleep for the following reasons:1- The intense cold, repeatedly communicated to the reception and the answer was that we had to use the scarce and dirty blankets available in the closet 2- The fact that last night without any warning one of your staff showed up in our room to try to solve the noise caused by an engine not well identified and instead turned on the cold air that practically hibernated us for the rest of the night3- The loud noise probably caused by an external engine that started for 7/8 minutes with a cycle frequency of about half an hour that made it practically impossible to rest overnight4- The total absence of hot water at night, tonight I checked several times in the interval from midnight to five that there was no hot water in the roomIn view of all of the above I ask for a total and immediate refund of what was paid during check-in, given the conditions of your structure did not allow us to take advantage of the paid Service, or night rest in a comfortable environment. The cold was intolerable, the noise just as much.   Outside it seems quiet, at Welcoming the staff is friendly but once in the room it is very mediocre. A huge intermittent snoring all night that prevents sleeping, the wifi is very slow, the Italian shower floods the bathroom. This is not worth 3 stars.   What about... can be improved ..

  We weigh one night at the holy pancracy for leolandia, and what to say.. Uphill start because in the room we arrive there was only the double bed but we are Four, I ask for explanations and they give me another room because they had forgotten to put the extra bed, too bad that the second bedroom was far from our friends, all carpet, air conditioning that did not turn off, at which I go back to the reception and tell the boy that I keep the first room and we stay in four in the bed (luckily the double was a big size). The bathroom was dirty, the shower tray had all the mold on the edges, and on the sink cabinet, on the c side was a nice toothpaste pour... Broken shutter at a window.On the positive side though I can say that the guy at the recepion was very nice and the breakfast also good and quite plentiful.   INDECENT HOTEL!! We stayed at this property because of the proximity to the Leolandia park (booked directly from the park website with park + hotel formula) Rooms, bathroom and linen in pitiful condition.   We needed only a one night stay from the airport, and for that this hotel was perfect, very close to Milan Bergamo airport, the reception is open 0-24 and the bed is very comfy. We had everything we needed.
