Location

The airport hotel is situated in central northern Italy, conveniently just 400 m from the Dalmine exit (A4 Milan-Venice motorway). The business hotel enjoys a quiet location, away from the city noise but at the same time not far from Milan, the exhibition centres, one of which is The Nuovo Polo Fiera Milano, one of the biggest in the world. Dalmine bus station is 1 km from the design hotel and Stezzano city centre and train station are around 900 metres. The city of Bergamo is just a 10-minute drive and the hotel is also within proximity of the airports.

Facility

101 rooms, including 5 single rooms and 90 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.     Super service for an airport hotel

    If you’ve just arrived at Bergamo airport this hotel is a short drive down the road. Avoid the main toll road. Google maps route looks more complicated than it actually is.We arrived late. There was no restaurant but reception opened a bottle of wine and prepared some cheeses and nibbles. Super service.Room was well equipped, clean and modern.     Whilst the overall service is very good, I have two specific occasions that felt below par in terms of the overall experience. Important to know that I stayed for 1 day each on two separate occasions within the same weeka) We had ordered a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport on our first stay and promptly received a call in the room, where were ready, so we could come down to the lobby and be on our way. On the second instance, we requested for shuttle service again from the hotel to the airport and waited in the room for a call. When there was no call after 10 minutes of waiting, we went down to the lobby to be told by the reception that the driver left as we were late. We didn't think the shuttle was every organised. We were then arranged a taxi that cost us nearly €10.00 more than the shuttle would have.b) The hotel has a water dispenser at the entrance to every floor, so guests can fill their own water bottles - as a eco-friendly service to avoid single use plastics. Yet when we ordered dinner at the restaurant and requested for Tap water, we were told that only Mineral water was available. This almost contradicts what the hotel's policy stood for.The rooms (on both occasions) were good, the beds comfortable and by and large good team except for the incident with the shuttle bus Antonio Manzerra, General Manager at Hotel Mercure Bergamo Aeroporto, responded to this review Dear Guest,I do appreciate for the time you spent in reviewing your experience in our hotel.I am very sorry for the inconvenience reported.     Good hotel near the airport

    Really clean and nice hotel near the airport. We had also parking place and it was ok.The breakfast was good and the staff really nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed really nice for a perfect sleep before flight.     Good stay at a nice fairly-priced hotel

    Good hotel. Well run with good service. Beds comfortable and rooms nice. Close to the airport with free parking on the premises. Clientele seemed to be mostly business with some skiers thrown in for good measure. Room was quiet even though this hotel is on a fairly busy street. Think this hotel beat suited for people traveling with a car though and public transport a little ways away — but doable I think.
