    Really nice hotel. Helpful, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.Well located, 5 mins walk from train station and airport bus.Couldn't fault it.

    Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay at. Very close to the train station and right in the middle of the city. The room is reasonably comfortable though the lighting could be improved. We booked breakfast during our stay and for our first day, we arrived at 9.30 and there’s hardly any hot food left, and they weren’t topping up either (considering breakfast is until 10am). Arrived a bit earlier the next day and still there’s not a lot of food left - kinda disappointing. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.     I come every year to the NH Bergamo, and it is always a mini vacation. The location is very conveniently located, the service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet a treat. The rooms are very quiet, but one is quickly in the buzz of the Citta Bassa. What else can one ask for?     Excellent hotel, as a solo female traveller I felt safe. Excellent location for trains and buses. Comfiest hotel bed i have ever slept in. Rooms have all the amenities you would require. You will need a European adaptor as no USB sockets but not an issue. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Also had some free water in my room. Highly recommend this hotel.     We had a great stay for three nights in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. If travelling with children, we highly recommend the Impossible Museum, just across the street from the hotel entrance. Very fun for the whole family!
