    On Partner Website Like hotels.com there are Lots of Photos From Wellness Arena, gut No word, that its mit included in the Price, and you can only book it in advance for 100€/Person private.The breakfast was worse Like its only in youth Hostel. From 50 Hotels i booked the last 5 years the Qualiity was at the 3 worsest.Never again!74€ for single room, quality of 50€!

    If you are not forward before arriving you will be when you come close to the hotel and when you see the exterior you wish you had gone somewhere else.The staff is though nice and the rooms are good, but you will not get tried of the feeling you have checked in to a luxury prison Nicole V, Responsabile relazioni con la clientela at Spa Hotel Parigi 2, responded to this review Dear RolfL,Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback concerning your recent stay at Spa Hotel Parigi 2. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area 7 km far from the Orio al Serio Bergamo Airport and 9 km far from Bergamo City center. We are aware our structure is not very appealing from the outside, but we are able to surprise our guests from the inside. We have recently renovated the reception, the breakfast room and most of the rooms. The staff is available 24/24 and we give our guests free smiles everytime. At breakfast it's possible to enjoy fresh local products (sweet & salty ones) and home made cakes. The Spa La Cascade is the right place where to relax at the end of the day, cozy and warm to destress your body and your mind. In this case, I would be very happy to sleep in a prison like the hotel. Jokes aside, we are going to renovate the exterior of the structure in the near future. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements.I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

    Renovated, comfortable rooms that are extremely clean (both the room and the bathroom). The bed was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast super tasty! The spa makes a difference: relaxing, organized, clean, with a perfect scent and music – a very good and relaxing experience! Don't miss the real Italian espresso at the bar – we were amazed by the aromas of the coffee blend! I highly recommend it!     I had opportunities to have relax time with my colleagues in Hotel Parigi 2 spa. It was a great time both for the location and thanks to the staff, who is so cozy and professional at the same time. I recommend the hotel and the spa to people who want to trip for business stuffs and for relaxing moments. Surely I will go back again.

    The hotel includes everything you can expect from a 3-star hotel. But most of all it comes together with a highly charismatic staff, making all you your issues not seem as issues at all. Their service is really good, too, with the staff always "running" to offer what you might have requested. In few words, I felt like home on my days there.
