    April 2026, Bergamo very nice and good weather. Despite all sites saying rooms are air conditioned, ours wasn't. They even moved us to another room which didn't have working air con. Every morning we complained we were given various reasons. 'its on winter setting' , 'it will be on 4 hours during day to cool the room, 'some one will look at it after the weekend'. On our last day (a Monday) the air con was on when we got back to room about 4pm. It was off again by 10pm and room still warmed up.Another thing was that there was no bar, although you could get bottled beer and wine in restaurant. It looked like it had a bar but not at present. There was a sign that said 'Stay tuned for our new look'.I must say the staff were very good and apologetic, but we really wanted a cool room. The operation of heating and cooling systems is strictly regulated by national energy-saving laws and local municipal regulations: these laws dictate specific dates for switching from heating to cooling, so we were legally required to follow these seasonal transitions. Moreover we experienced unforeseen technical failure, which required specialized intervention. We sincerely apologize for that.Regarding the bar we are working hard on our "new look" to provide a new experience. In the meantime, we are glad our staff could assist you with refreshments in the restaurant.     Rude staff and dated rooms

    Nice looking hotel upon arrival until we checked in and were treat rudely by the receptionist. I understand that this was early hours of the morning, however after hours spent travelling and getting caught in the rain, we had expected be treat in a polite manner. The hotel lifts are very small and make loud noises. The room was very dated but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Nice views of the mountains and ideally located close to the airport, however was disappointed by the level of service for the price.     Well worth a visit

    The staff are above the norm. The restaurant is well worth a visit. The food is fabulous. The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of natural light. The air con works. The WiFi was very good. The entrance is bright and very inviting.I had a wonderful stay.     Dayuse booking - great idea!

    We booked a room because we had to be out of our apartment in Bergamo at 11am, and our return flight was 22:15. The humidity out and about was almost unbearable in the heat so we booked via Dayuse. We got the room from 10:30 to 18:00 and literally was the best thing we could have done as it saved us having to hang around all day. We were able to have a nap, cool down and freshen up before our flight. The reception staff were lovely - thank you Valentina for your friendly conversation as we checked in!     Great stopover

    We stayed here for 1 night super place, the room is fantastic and bed is fantastic, great shower , all very clean and tidy . This hotel includes a very good breakfast , cold and warm .
