    We had 2 rooms here and each was very different Our room on the top floor was modern and comfortable with excellent air conditioning The room on the third floor had lousy air conditioning and was poorHowever overall the hotel was fine Staff were friendly, breakfast was adequate, and for the price we paid I can’t complain The location is a 15 minute stroll from the station which suited our needs as we used it as a base to explore Northern Italy Bologna centre was about a 40 minute walk away so you should consider this if you’re planning a trip solely to Bologna

    I visited the hotel with my family. We made the check in late at night and we feel safe with the area and the neighborhood near the hotel.The staff was very friendly and kind. The triple room was big, clean and the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is near the city centre and very close to the hotel is a bus stop. So you can go to the town very quickly.If i 'll visit Bologna again, definitely i will stay again at this hotel.

    An acceptable if forgettable hotel. The room was a little small but well furnished. The air con was a tad loud, and the top floor is noticeably warmer than the rest of the building. I appreciated the choice of croissant at breakfast. Location is good for the research area but rather far from the old part of town so this seems more of a business hotel than tourist.

    Stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting a friend in the uni. Room was clean and presentable but very dated. Staff were quite rude and blunt especially the woman serving coffee at breakfast even when conversing in Italian. Breakfast was good but staff really let property down.

    My room was spotlessly clean, good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lovely range of pasties, salami, cheese, rolls, cereals, fruit juice and amazing coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful despite my language barrier. Room had a fridge in which was particularly helpful as the temperatures outside when I was there was 35 degrees. It was lovely to come back to a cool room after a long walk. I would highly recommend the restaurant across the road for the tastiest meal and friendly service - La Nuova Fraschetta
