Location

This hotel is centrally located but in a relatively peaceful area just 15 minutes walk from the magnificent city centre and Piazza Maggiore. It is just a stone's throw to the railway station and Via Indipendenza shopping street.

Guests have a choice of 40 rooms, including 2 suites, 9 single rooms and 25 double rooms, located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts.     Location was great for the train station and walking into the city centre. Hotel staff were lovely - big shout out to the breakfast ladies who were superb.The room was adequate for two but had very, very little space to hang and store clothes etc. I lived out of my suitcase the 5 days I was there which wasn't ideal. Air con worked ok and it needed to with the 35+ degree heat!

    Lovely little hotel, tucked just off the side streets south of Bologna Central. Ideally located within walking distance of just about everywhere in Bologna. Rooms are small but not cramped and the bathrooms are tidy and useable. The breakfast is good, there are gym facilities (free) and a sauna and jacuzzi pool available (chargeable).The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed for business and I am genuinely thinking to base myself at the hotel again when I’m in Bologna. I’d stay for business or vacation and would be happy regardless. Really really happy to stay there again.     small high quality hotel not too far from the center

    The hotel is not too far from the train station. Was easy to find with the navigator. It is a walking distance to the historical center, we made it with my 84 year old mother twice back and forth. Location looks a little sketchy, but there is a way to walk by staying on the main well lit up streets with many outside restaurants. Service was nice, room with balcony was very good, although a little dark. Nice property. Overall - very good experience.
