  Not the best choice. In the middle of nowhere with nondescript entry. Would not have found the place without google maps.Basic rooms, decor is dated, mattress needs "refreshing". The walls paper thin, we can hear the rooms beside and above us. Nothing great except the moderate price.Staff are friendly though.

  Reasonable accommodation for single night stays

  This is a cheap no-frills hotel in the outskirts of Bologna near the airport. Their rooms are ok if not a bit small. Bathrooms are small as well, but clean throughout. The hotel offers a breakfast service which is surprisingly good for the type of place. Location can be tricky to find, but not imposible. The staff made our single night stay very convenient, providing detailed directions to a great value restaurant nearby.

  Convenient hotel for airport run

  This hotel is only a 10-15min drive from the airport, which makes it a good place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Also only 15mins by taxi into the centre of Bologna to see some sights and have a nice meal.We stayed here for one night in June 2014, booked at 10am in the morning using another site, and they were ready for us at check-in time (1pm if memory serves rightly). I would agree with other reviews that say this place is probably a bit past it's best, they seemed to offer services which they couldn't provide (e.g. laundry).The room was a good size for what was a cheap price booked on the day, and although it was next to the motorway, we did not have any trouble sleeping. Beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked.The best thing about staying here was that even though we were only there for 1 night, they arranged for breakfast (included in the price) to be available at 3am in the morning, so we could eat before doing a very early morning airport run.

  Like an older "Motel 6"

  The route to the motel was unusual. One wouldn't just drive past it. One road was a long single lane road and the other had a few turns, but there was signage which was very helpful. The hotel was located next to the autostrada (Interstate) but there was a sound wall and we were on the far side. It was relatively quiet. The room was similar in size to one in a smaller us motel. The beds were also full sized and not the micro twins we had at other venues! The bath room was decent. It was clean and comfortable size. The hotel staff was generally pleasant and eager to please. We went in October and the rates were not bad. I compare this with a budget motel in the US. It was clean and convenient to the city. A good place to drop your luggage while you spend time seeing the sights.

  What a disapointment.

  For 202 euros we thought we were booking a typical Airport hotel (we had an early flight the next morning) but it quickly became apparent that this was far, far from it. Access is through a nightmare of sinuous gravel roads with little signage eventually leading to the "hotel" located no more than fifty yards from a major freeway (A4) The place is clean but aging, owners and family seem to live on the lower level, rooms and furniture quite depressing. Television screen was the size of a small laptop, sound was very weak, Italian only, no cable or satellite channels..None of this would have bothered me at 60 or even 80 euros a night but at over 200, it is literally highway robbery. On a more positive side, the young people at the desk at check in and at our early breakfast were very nice and eager to please. Once you figure out the dirt roads, unmarked forks and round about intersections to get you back on the Autostrada it will only take you 15 minutes to drive to the airport.
