    Stayed here for 3 nights recently.Good points..Spacious room plus room in the bathroom to spread out toiletries.Bath as well as a shower.Quiet.Staff courteous.Free shuttle to and from airport but mostly mornings and after 9pm. Nothing in the middle of the day.Two bottles of free water provided.Not so good points….Room quite dirty, especially areas difficult to reach with a hoover where you couldn’t see the carpet through the dust.The bathroom smelled of sewage. It was really unpleasant.Bathroom also a bit grotty. Both rooms could do with a refurb.No usb charge points and not many outlets. You had to crawl through the dust to get to the ones under the desk.800 tv channels and all of them italian(I think). For an international airport hotel, you would think there might be channels in other languages.Cheap mattress on beds. It was ok but you could feel the springs through it.The heating didn’t work and the room was cold. Someone came to look at it and couldn’t get it to work either. So they just gave up.Wifi didn’t hold a signal for more than 30 seconds.No hot drink facility in the room.I wouldn’t stay here again.

    I think the current review score for this hotel is a little harsh. I stayed there this week because I had an early flight the next morning. The hotel is well located near the airport, the rooms are quiet, the fitness suite is decent, the restaurant was really good for a hotel of this type and the airport shuttle arrived in good time in the morning. That's everything I hoped for.

    We stayed here for one night, When we got to our room it was very warm - not somewhere you could rest in comfortably. We tried the air-con, but it just blew more warm air into the room. We had a patio door so opened than but we weren't comfortable leaving it open for privacy/security. We called reception and they said they'd send the maintenance guy, who came and told us the air-con was off for the season and told us to keep the patio door open. He then argued with us as we said we didn't want to leave it open for any length of time.Back at the reception desk the staff apologized but said they were powerless as the "only colleague" who could fix the air-con was off that day.On a brighter note, we had dinner at the restaurant that night, the food was good and very reasonably priced. The ambient temperature of the restaurant was also habitable for humans.

    Hotel was fine but reservation / booking was terrible and I ended up being charged twice. Communication from hotel is infrequent and dismissive. Unacceptable service.

    When challenged about overcharging he argued and shouted, very embarrassing.The room was clean and comfortable but we'll never use this hotel again due to the restaurant experience.
