    Dark and dingy, scruffy beds and carpet, broken hair drier, phone in room didn't work, nowhere to plug in cell charger. Curtains greasy and shower door broken. Not even tissues or plastic cups to drink from. Now they're saying I never stayed there to make it look as if my Booking.com review is fake.

    Conned out of 300 Euro's for one night in this dive

    I was charged 300 Euro to book this place through the corporate travel app we use. There was availability at other hotels in the area but booked because it was close to where I needed to be in the morning and I expected it be be a nice place to stay given the price.It is more of a B&B rather than a hotel. When I arrived at about 8pm I asked what time the bar closed at and was told that there was no bar. I had to go elsewhere for food and drink. My room was tiny and the TV was probably a 14", there were no handkerchiefs in the box in the bathroom and no body wash in the shower, just three tiny soap bars in paper sachets at the sink. No coffee or tea making facilities in the rather dated room.I was in a room next to the only elevator and all night all I could hear was the scraping of the elevator as it travelled and the constant "bing-bong" when it reached its floor through the paper-thin walls accompanied with voices of other guests. I couldn't get to sleep until after 2am and when I came down to breakfast at 7am was turned away because the tiny breakfast area was full and I needed to be at the event that I was in the city for. I have been travelling both for business and pleasure for over 30 years and I've never felt so ripped-off before. I cannot see how a s**t-hole like this can charge such an extortionate rate as 300 Euro per night. I am in the process of getting the place de-listed on the corporate hotel booking system that we use. Total rip-off and a disgrace.

    SAFETY? Druggies-Users in Full view day and night

    Staff were incredible! Loved their recommendations for dinners and directions about town. They however are not concerned about the drug users (shooting up right across the street - see attached video and photo) - our room was rather dated with worn carpet, torn curtain, 25 year old coverlet - sofa covered with an old throw- worn out mattress & pillows unacceptable, but location near centrale train station was agreeable. Don’t expect continued internet flow or strong frequency, must use lobby for it at best usage.

    This is a hotel that should be avoided: - no air conditioning (room 106, and restaurant room for breakfast); - management who you cannot trust (no reactivation of the room safety box); - promise of a preferential rate in a local garage, but there is no one managing it from whom to ask for the supposedly negotiated rate. Avoid the Millen Hotle: it is not a tru 3 stars!

    The air-conditioning was not working while temperatures were close to 90F. Shower holder was broken, and they did not fix it despite multiple complains. They server mortadella for breakfast that had large green spots. When we showed it to them, they brought a good fresh portion.
