Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location.

    rating16 Sept 2026

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week in early September. The hotel is very well situated within 20 minutes or so walking distance to La Piazza Maggiore. There are numerous excellent restaurants within easy walking distance (especially Trattoria Da Me, where the food is fantastic). There are also numerous bars nearby, all of which are friendly and pleasant. It is a short walk to Porta San Luce where you can catch buses to the station or to shopping areas out of town. The hotel itself is spotless, friendly and very comfortable. Breakfast is very varied, you can have sausages, bacon and eggs, cold cuts and cheese, cornetti (the ones with marmellata inside were my favourite), cake, fruit, cereal, yoghurt - the list goes on. The people working for the hotel were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I left something in my room safe on the last day and they went out of their way to ensure that I got it by taxi before my flight time.Overall, an excellent stay and I would always recommend to anyone.

Absolutely great hotel. The staff were brilliant, especially the front desk. The restaurant and breakfast was good, as were the bar staff at night .A good location with restaurants and bars nearby, and about a ten euro taxi into the city.

    Perfect Hotel For Exploring Bologna

    rating10 Jul 2026

Some places make your trip feel even more special, and this hotel was one of them. The hotel is very close to Bologna city centre, so it was easy to visit all the main places. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh and tasty food. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Hotel Re Enzo to anyone visiting Bologna.
