    The staff was nice which I appreciated. They also spoke English which was amazing. The hotel itself was a little sketchy. The shower does NOT drain so the entire bathroom flood if water is left on for more that about 7 minutes. The room was not cleaned all the way which I noticed because I loved the phone and a random pill came out from under it. There is a bus stop right outside. The hotel is not walking distance to anything so if you don’t have a car it can be difficult. Last thing to mention, for the price there are some nicer hotels near the airport and walking distance to places.

    Don’t stay if you want a good nights sleep

    Had an early flight to Madrid (6.50am) so needed to get an early night due to the early start the next day. Went to bed just before 9am and discovered sleep was impossible. Constant banging of other guests hotel room doors no exaggeration but it was every 15 mins. Beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning, which was a positive but overall we would never stay here again until they install hotel room doors which close quietly. Puzzled why this would even be a 3 star hotel!

    Excellent hotel. I had a short but pleasant stay. Cleanliness, breakfast, and reception staff are top-class. Rooms have everything necessary to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. It is only a ten-minute drive from Marconi Airport and not far away from Bologna town. Quick check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

    This hotel might be fine for some but wasn't for us. We were bussed and placed here by our airline after our flight out of Florence was cancelled. The hotel looked abandoned from the outside. I felt like the people from our cancelled flight were the only ones staying here. There was no where to purchase food or water. The room was very basic but it seemed clean. I wouldn't stay here if I was traveling alone. Matteo at the front desk was very nice and very helpful.
