    Excellent room, except I wish Italian hotels would realise folk like a cup of coffee in bed. I brought my own kettle and supplies.     An unexpected detour.

    We were originally slated to stay in Treviso for several nights when the opportunity arose to travel to Bologna for a few days for a business meeting. When we left Treviso by train we had no idea where we would stay. Luckily our companies travel and booking department were able to secure rooms for three members of our group at this location. It was a little outside of the city, which ended up being no issue at all. It was only a short taxi ride into town. The rooms were very nice and quiet, although being American, I was used to a little more AC. The second night here I just slept with the window open. Being on the ninth floor I had no issues with noise. The breakfast area was nice and well appointed with a large variety of meats, cheeses, breads, and fruit. We spent some time at the bar on our last night here and the bartender was very friendly and open to our requests of drinks she’d never made before. Would absolutely like to stay here again.     Comfortable rooms and beds, really good breakfast, very nice pool. Our special thanks to all the staff, they are really nice and professional.On the first night, we had two comfortable standard rooms. The next day, renovation work began right across from our rooms, so we asked for a solution to make our stay more comfortable. The staff responded quickly and professionally, offering us two upgraded connecting rooms. But not only that, they were also so nice that gave the kids teddy bears and a gift for me and even a handwritten note. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture!Our stay was very enjoyable, and we sincerely thank the whole team for their care and attention.
