    Great experience

    rating23 Mar 2026

It was a very good experience; the entire staff is very friendly, but I would like to give a special mention to the waiter and waitress who work in the mornings, as they provided outstanding service and made my stay very pleasant. They already knew what kind of coffee I liked, and without me even having to ask, they had it ready the moment they saw me. Phi Hotels, Owner at Phi Hotel Emilia, responded to this review Dear Guest,we are incredibly proud of the special mention you dedicated to our morning breakfast team. Providing an outstanding service means anticipating our guests' needs and knowing that they had your favorite coffee ready before you even had to ask is exactly the kind of personalized hospitality we strive for.We will certainly share your kind words with the waiter and waitress mentioned; it will be a great source of motivation for them to know they made your mornings so pleasant. We look forward to welcoming you back to Ozzano soon for another pleasant stay.Thank you for being our guest.Kindest regardsPhi Hotel Emilia

Decent hotel, slightly out of the way

    rating10 Jul 2024

Stayed here while visiting nearby Bologna, hotel is nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Breakfast also was quite simple but was well served with friendly and accessible staff.Location is a bit further out of town and the immediate environment of the hotel does feel a bit industrial, but it is very close to the motorway and accessible to both the train station and local buses. Phi Hotels, Owner at Phi Hotel Emilia, responded to this review Dear guest, thanks a lot for staying at the Phi Hotel Emilia and for leaving us your review. We are sorry if our structure did not fully meet your expectation and if we missed something in the buffet breakfast. However, we read pleasantly that you noted the care we dedicated to the cleanliness and the easy access to all the main regional road. We are especially happy that our staff was always available to served you and contributed to you to have a good stay.We hope you can choose us again during your trip to Emilia.Kindest regardsPhi Hotel Emilia
