    DON'T GO, it's for your best

    My experience was one of the most terrible I have ever had. Many rooms do not have a handle on the outside and under the doors there quietly passes a hand. The bathroom door does not close and the shower doors are unsafe, the fan is non-existent. When you lie down on the bed you feel like sinking into Dante Alighieri's Inferno and the sheets were covered with a layer of dust. The room has a window overlooking a communal terrace, where, until late, there is staff smuggling and you hear hallucinatory noises. The television was not connected and to turn it on you have to touch cables that give the shock, really very dangerous. I'm not sure if the dinner was edible, we were served pasta with ambiguous dressing and sauce with a little steak, not to mention panna cotta that had strange lumps and no flavor.     I stayed 3 days and I must say that from the photos I expected much more. The photos are either fake or someone was paid to put them in. The food full of hair, grumpy and inattentive staff, 0 security, cold water shower, 1980 phone (seriously) and dirty rooms, especially the beds. Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     This hotel is embarrassing, the rooms are nice, until you notice the broken slats.The blankets are dirty and the room not clean, I hope it's just a coincidence...For a 4-star the buffet is inedible, Nutella in the package and hard bread, then the drinks... Well, I advise against ordering a drink.As dinner we ate: strange meat covered with a kind of sauce, hot pasta and for dessert lumpy panna cotta with nothing (no chocolate no caramel...     Not the greatest experiance staying here several nights, one evening issues with water, tap water was coming brown and eventually it stopped flowing completely. No decent blanket, breakfast as well questionable since food did not looked great...

    Dirty Death Trap Hotel!

    This place needs to close! They are on “renovation” and everything is a disaster! Stay there at your own risk! No wi-fi, ac doesn’t work, bathroom door doesn’t close, phone to call front desk doesn’t work and the worst…you can’t open the windows in case of a fire! How the government allows that? In case of a fire you are trapped in there! We call the booking company and complained, they gave us the front desk telephone number; we call from our cell phone and explained the situation, asked for another room or the money back. The unprofessional employee got upset and told us to call at 8 am and hang up the phone on us! Waiting for our money back or making a big claim and issue with the credit card! Staying under a bridge is better than this place!!!
